They might work closely with other professionals, including designers, junior architects, and other members of the company, to help cater to our clients' requirements. They also can help to improve existing designs or create entirely new designs.
AR. Lee Chor Wah
Background
Principal Architect of LCW Architect & a former CEO of SN Low & Associates Sdn Bhd. Also a Past President of the Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM), a board member of the Board of Lembaga Akitek Malaysia (LAM), and Vice President of Fiabci Malaysia back in 2008 - 2009. AR Lee Chor Wah also holds a Principal Lecturer position at Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.

He has vast experience in design and completed many Commercial, Residential, Bungalow & Retail projects in his years of practice. His passion and mission are to ensure that the work balances occupant needs and aesthetic comfort.
Project Involved
As the Chief Designer at TAK Design Consultants Sdn Bhd in 1995, AR Lee Chor Wah was involved in the Putrajaya Masterplan, Malaysia. He also explicitly clarified that we Malaysians completed the significant blueprint creation.
AR Lee Chor Wah has contributed to many architectural and interior design projects locally and internationally.
Background
She joined the Nettleton tribe in April 2011 after previously working at Design Inc Sydney.
Since then, she has been involved in a range of key projects, including Lifestyle Working Collins Street, Melbourne, the Woolworths Support Office in Norwest, and multiple industrial developments.
Project Involved
Incolved Project such as 2–4 Interchange Drive and 21–25 Interchange Drive in Eastern Creek, as well as 1 Basalt Road, Greystanes.
She has a strong interest in sustainability and affordability, with a focus on delivering well-considered, practical design solutions.

Sr. GUN WEI SENG (ERIC)
Background
Sr. Gun Wei Seng (Eric) is a seasoned property and real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in valuation, property management, and sales leadership. A graduate of Heriot-Watt University, he is a registered Property Manager and Estate Agent certified by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia.

Currently serving as Sales Director at Leegenda Property Group, Eric brings strong expertise in property valuation, market analysis, and strategic business development. He is an active member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia and Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence in Malaysia’s real estate industry.
Project Involved
Conducted valuation and inspection of residential, commercial, industrial properties, and plant & machinery across Malaysia. Led property management and estate agency operations, overseeing stratified and landed developments. Managed marketing and sales strategies for residential and commercial projects as Sales Director at Leegenda Property Group. Provided market research, feasibility studies, and advisory services for property development projects.
