An internship is a work & learning experience that allows students to gain further understanding of their academic and career interests, explore fields, and gather information about the field of work they are interested in.
Internship opportunities at LLRD are always open for local and international students. We provide quality exposure and attractive remunerations to encourage them to do well and contribute more during their internship period with us.
As part of LLRD's mission to strive or foster talent globally for the interior design industry, we will continue providing internship placement, particularly to those with interior design, architecture, marketing, and digital marketing backgrounds. Our internship program will expose them to more in-depth 2D & 3D drawings, on-site measurements, quote quotations, construction, and materials, and also weekly meetings for brainstorming or knowledge sharing.
Each intern takes on a specific project that will benefit the LLRD community, and their mentor guides them to succeed in their designated tasks.
A Diploma in Architecture student from the University of Technology Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Leong Gah Neem (Neem), who has just completed her internship with LLRD, will return to her university communities to use and share what she has learned. Neem is among the 17 interns from College Community Selayang, GMI, INTI International College Subang, Malaysian Institute of Art, Limkokwing University, Peninsula College, UCSI University, UNITAR, and UTM.
Neem said, "I am grateful to have learned many new things in LLRD during my internship. The culture of my colleagues is very lovely. I feel pity that I couldn't join the whole build-up process for Wharf Residence because my internship had ended. I would like to thank Mr. Dylan Lim, the LLRD founder, for allowing me to join the LLRD family, and thanks to all the LLRD family for being such patient, they all taught me a lot".
Our heartiest congratulations & job well done to this group of interns! We also want to thank you for the time, effort, ideas, and other contributions for the whole 3-months of service with LLRD. We wish you success in your future endeavors!
