LLRRD Partners Leegenda Property Group & Tekat Maju To Build Sustainably Affordable Property

As one of the Top 20 interior design firms in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, LLRRD has always sought opportunities to build connections or collaborate with big players in the property market. This ensures we can survive the challenging market while providing quality interior design support to our valuable partners and clients.


Leegenda Property Group is an organization involved in residential development and has innovated in building green concept homes since its inception, Moving forward, they will venturing into mixed property developments in Malaysia and the South.


While Tekat Maju Sdn Bhd (TMSB) is a private limited company established in 2006 and actively develops properties mainly located in Selayang, Kepong, Kajang, Shah Alam, and soon in Puchong. They have completed notable commercial projects such as ONE SELAYANG in Bandar Baru Selayang, comprised of 448 units of Medium Cost Apartment and 64 units of Commercial Shop Lots in a Gated and Guarded Community Concept. The project was 100% sold out and handed over with a Certificate of Fitness (CF) in 2009.


Recently, TMSB has introduced Villa Xchange, a package that allows homeowners to upgrade their houses by getting a bungalow through their exchange program. The Villa Xchange package lets the homeowner own a new dream house by exchanging their old home.
